Complimentary Shuttles
There will be two complimentary shuttles for Arisia 2025. Arisia will provide a shuttle that will run continuously between the Hyatt and the Kendall Square MBTA station. In addition, the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge has an on-demand shuttle for hotel guests.
The Arisia Shuttle
A free, accessible shuttle for all attendees will run between the Kendall Square T staion and the Hyatt from:
Friday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Monday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
The shuttle stop will be near MIT Museum building, 314 Main Street, at the Kendall Square MBTA stop. Please keep an eye on social media for any further Shuttle Bus updates. The shuttle will look like a tourist trolley.
The Arisia Shuttle is an official Arisia space and masks are required.
We were not able to secure an accessible shuttle. Anyone who needs a
wheelchair accessible vehicle should please contact the Access division

prior to convention. Please include your name, email, and the service
for which you prefer a gift card. Also indicate if you are requesting a
one-way gift card for $10, a round trip gift card for $20, or something
else. Gift cards may be requested for multiple days of Arisia.

Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge Guest Shuttle
For guests of the hotel only. Request phone number for shuttle upon check in.
The shuttle runs on demand. To leave the hotel, the valet will arrange a pick up for you. To return to the hotel, call (445) 246-0097.
The Hyatt shuttle runs to Kendall Square T, Harvard Square (Santander Bank), Central Square (Walgreens), Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods.
Friday: 7:00 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
Monday: 7:00 am - 9:00 pm
We encourage members to wear a mask on the hotel shuttle, but this shuttle is for all hotel guests and masks are not required.
